19 Battles Later

Birthday gift to lovely =Memokkeen. I've once before painted her Zaimas and promised I'd do better. This time I used computer but tried a new technique: no undo or erasing at all. It's near the traditional styles I tend to use while painting with watercolours, acrylics or oil colours.

I hate it if I have to do a character only posing, without any deeper meaning: it's only waste of time and power. This picture has, of course, a real story behind it which you have to figure out on your own.

My skills with anatomy suck but at least I can make my humans look like they are somehow alive. To me that means a lot, it hasn't always been so simple - tough I'm still scared of drawing them.
